MUST HAVE MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE.
This successful and professional main dealership based in Norfolk requires a Booking Clerk to work within their busy but friendly Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well established dealership. This position is primarily a computer based and customer service role and your main responsibility will be to liaise with customers over the telephone and face to face.
This will be a very busy position with lots of variety where you will be responsible for ensuring targets are carried out and all deadlines are being met whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.
Experience within a service environment is essential along with experience with Kerridge. This is a great chance to work within a successful dealership that rewards success and hard work
