This frontline Service Advisor position exists due to our clients continued expansion.
The successful candidate will need to:
• Take complete responsibility for their own customers on a daily basis
• Provide class leading levels of Customer Service in Aftersales
• Keep customers fully informed of vehicle progress
• Contact customers for additional work authorities
• Ensure highest levels of clerical accuracy
• Maintain database records
• Highly self motivated with a friendly out-going nature
• Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Positive attitude to problem solving
• To be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a busy team
• Confident with IT systems (full training on in house systems will be given)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
